Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through our websites lazysnark.ge and lazysnarkadventure.com. Purchases made through authorized partner retailers are subject to the respective retailer’s own return and refund policy.

This policy is available in English, Georgian (ქართული), and Russian (Русский). In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.


Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy for unopened, non-perishable products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Merchandise (non-food items such as apparel and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

Food Products

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, returns of food products are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Opened food products, perishable goods, and temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.

Merchandise (Non-Food Items)

Merchandise items (e.g. apparel, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at gtfoods.georgia@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable food safety regulations.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable food products
  • Opened or unsealed food items
  • Opened or unsealed products intended for animal consumption (including dog treats)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

These exclusions are required to comply with food hygiene, safety, and consumer protection laws.


Exchanges

For eligible items, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unopened product after approval and place a new order separately.


Partner Retailers

If you purchased our products through an authorized partner retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding returns and refunds. GT Foods LLC is not responsible for transactions conducted outside of our own websites.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of return approval. All refunds are issued in Georgian Lari (GEL) only, regardless of the original payment currency. At our discretion, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or cash payment. If a bank transfer is selected, you will be asked to provide your bank account details upon approval.

Legal Notice

Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (Sakartvelo) and applicable food safety and hygiene standards.
